 Madonna wants to make us dance and don’t stop in a song that intens to be the “dance tune” of her "Bedtime Stories" album, when it really became a forgotten song for all the fans. "Don't Stop" is a pink, sweet and easy song, that could have fitted any album of any pop artist at that time. It was not a good option for that album. This may be a hard critic, but we have to consider that many other songs were not included in the final tracklisting ("Love Won't Wait", "Let Down Your Guard" or "Freedom") and all of them are better than "Don’t Stop”. In the register of Warner-Chapell there is a song called "Keep On”, that can be a possible demo for this song, one of the no published songs recorded with Dallas Austin. | ||||

Dallas Austin has witten and produced four from the eleven songs we can find in the “Bedtime Stories" album. But there are four more songs that Madonna had recorded in the same session with Austin and that weren’t included in the final list of songs. Three of them were published later: "Let Down Your Guard" (as the B-side in the "Secret" single), "Freedom" (a song Madonna gave to the “Carnival” album) and "Your Honesty" (the last track of "Remixed And Revisited" EP). The last song we can talk about is “Keep On”, which is thougth to be an early version of “Don’t Stop”, but no one is really sure about that.
