This song is included in the I'm Breathless album, and is composed with Patrick Leonard, following the same Dick Tracy sixties style of the record. This didn't give the album great benefits in the market, compared to other productions. Back In Bussiness is based in a rhythm changing estructure: slow song with fast chorus, and make Madonna sing and show her vocal strength. This time Madonna is the bad girl, and the lyrics shows us a sensual Madonna trying to temp Tracy: "I'm gonna show you the brightest side of living in sin". She tells Dick Tracy that being good is not always so funny (maybe the song that describes best her character in the movie -Breathless Mahoany- along with Sooner Or Later).
