La versión publicada se llama "Rough Mix Edit", no se sabe si existe una versión regular de la canción, ni siquiera si existe una versión no editada de este remix. Inicialmente su título iba a ser "Come Inside".
"Let Down Your Guard" no es una gran canción, de ahí que Madonna no la incluyera en el álbum pero al menos hemos podido disfrutar de ella. Dicen que Madonna escribió esta canción inspirada por el acoso de un obsesionado fan que consiguió entrar en su casa y consiguió llegar a ella. Madonna quedó bastante traumatizada por el suceso y escribió esta canción.
